Ken and Kathi Review: Advance Auto - 981 High Point St., Randleman NC
The following is a letter I sent online to the Advance Auto National Management:
Hello,I had to write and tell you how wonderful one of your employees is.
This is in reference to your store at 981 High Point St. in Randleman, NC. The employee's name is Mike.
My Suburban had started to overheat on the way to drop my daughter off for driver's ed verrrrrry early in the morning on Saturday. I called my husband in a panic, knowing there was NO way I'd make it back home (and there was no way that he could come after me, either). Keep in mind that I am a disabled woman - use a cane to walk short distances and a wheelchair for much further. Being broken down on the side of the road is NOT a good place to be - it's not like I could go anywhere to get help!
My hubby told me to drive from the school over to Advance, and see if Mike was there - Mike would see if it was safe to drive it home.
He came right out, got his hands dirty under my hood, put some water in there for me, spent as much time as was needed, assessed the problem and told me exactly what I needed to tell my
husband so we could get it fixed… and got me safely back on the road without asking for a thing in return.
You guys have gotten yourselves a lifetime customer. 
Please tell Mike what a debt of gratitude I owe because I was able to make it home safely that day.
