Called on the carpet
A friend of mine wrote me about the post I’d made a few days ago, saying to the effect that if John & Elizabeth Edwards wanted to act like yankees, they should go and live next to Billary.
She quite rightly chastised me - first of all, because she’s not only from up north, but she’s also from New York. Secondly, and most importantly, because it wasn’t the most Christ-like comment I could make.
She’s absolutely correct, and so in retrospect, I’ve removed the post - with apologies.
I’ll post some more thoughts on this later.
