My skin has really thickened up more these past few. Main course: e-mails? About .... 1/2 hour or less, but it depends on the day. Desert: Temp at home is usually about 70-72. I wasn't sure where to respond, so this clearly has nothing to do with your most recent post. Anyway, I appreciated your words, and especially the word(s) you were given, a word that I will most definitely cling to. My/our "back story" -- I could write a book (and indeed, have been encouraged to do so by many) -- basically encountered a tremendous amount of evil within "the church" and we had no choice but to get out (for now, at least). You can get a better idea in some of my earliest posts when I first got into blogging, trying to make sense of this journey on which God has lead me. I was instantly intrigued that you're a church planter -- that was a dream of my husband's for many years, but unfortunately his bishop didn't share that call (hmmm ...), and now he's so beaten up that, for now, he wants nothing to do with the church. It's tragic, sad, devastating ... Your prayers are MUCH appreciated, as are your spiritual gifts. I love how God works. I'll check in again ...
