Here’s a story for you… doctors said that a baby would be born with an extremely rare disease - he would be blind, deaf, and only live a few hours. They were positive about this.
The parents refused (smart parents!).
The baby was born perfectly healthy and is learning to talk now.
Hmmm. Stories like this make me wonder the same thing as the mom’s wondering. How many HEALTHY babies are aborted due to medical error like this? (and some extremely small but cynical voice in my mind ponders whether or not there’s a grand conspiracy behind it…)
