I talked to a man today who'd been accused of a terrible crime. His pastor quite publicly dumped him and his family - didn't kick him out of the church, just ostracized them to the point that I nearly said bad words when I heard it!! Of course, the accuser later recanted completely (she'd been coerced by a third party to make the accusation). If churches aren't ministering grace... Sighs. Nina, I understand. Sometimes bad things happen to good people, and when we are thrown out because we have been victimized by another church-member . . . . well, it is just very difficult.
