  • pumpkin seeds
  • dried fruits

Fruit

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 6 strawberries
  • handful of grapes

Other

  • 6 crackers and PB
  • yogurt

    hard-boiled egg
    3 tbsp hummus and 2 mini whole wheat pitas
    frozen grapes
    1 cup tomato juice
    2 graham cracker squares with peanut butter
    2 slices deli turkey and spicy mustard rolled in lettuce leaves
    white chocolate cheesecake (just kidding) :-)
