Are you a beader?

I’m not into beading (making jewelry and other items from beads) but I’ve got a few friends who are, and it’s something I’d like to learn someday. I get a few beading catalogs and drool over the occasional website. Some of the beads are SO pretty! It’s kind of strange - I don’t really wear much jewelry - but I like to make nifty things for friends, and I enjoy the creative process.

I ran across Beads of Cambay this afternoon. Apparently they are one of the top wholesale bead suppliers. They give discounts of up to 30% on a ton of beads and supplies - wide range of “high quality” gemstone beads and freshwater pearls. They even have wholesale beads!

Their beads are drop-dead gorgeous. I love the semi-precious stones, especially the Amber. The prices on the wholesale gemstone beads are great. If you’re really into beading - be sure to check into their wholesale discounts.

For those who are into brick-and-mortar, lay-hands-on-before you pay type buying, sorry (welcome to the 21st century!) However, Beads of Cambay does the Intergalactic Bead & Jewelry Show. (I’m not thinking you’ll meet anyone from another galaxy there. But, you never know!)

    I LOVE to bead! I beaded iPod lanyards like crazy. I beaded lanyards for the nurses in the cancer center, they say everyone asks about them.

    I don’t have time :(. I used to bead while watching internet TV.

    I like my beaded necklaces better than what I can buy cuz I just am not a delicate necklace kind of girl :).

    I can get them wholesale… muuuhahahahaha!
