Savings.com is a great site to get promo codes and free online coupons. They scrub the net looking for offers and organize them for you so you can find the best deals for Christmas (or yourself!).
For example – there’s a page offering Quicken discounts. I’m seriously considering a Quicken purchase for a variety of reasons – mainly to make tax time easier, but also to help with budgeting. (Sometimes it seems like our money just flies out the window!).
Quicken will access our bank account and download all our transactions for us. Since we don’t use cash but hardly-ever, it will be a good way to start tracking our spending without having to drive myself crazy with receipts (tried that before and lost the will to do it before the first day was over!)
Using Savings.com, I’m seeing Quicken offers from 20% to 36% off with free shipping. Fabulous! (You won’t get that walking into a store!). It’s not just software – you can buy anything from gym equipment to clothing to flowers via this site.
Everyone keeps hollering “recession” and I don’t know if we’ll go there or not, but a lot of people are needing to save money right now. Coupons and promo codes are a great way to do that.
